He was born on 29.04.1965, Paramathi Velur, Namakkal District. He did his schooling in Kandasami Kandar’s Secondary School, Belur. He was completed law degree, in Vaikunta Baliga College of Law, Udupi(formerly Udupi Law College, Udupi), Karnataka. He was enrolled as Advocate in the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu on 09.01.1991.
