She was born on 15-06-1971 in Chengalpattu District. She did her schooling in Sri Ramakrishna Mission Vidyala, Chengalpattu, Chengalpattu District. She was completed M.L., from Dr. Ambedkar Law College, Chennai. She was enrolled as Advocate in the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry on 13.10.1993. She was selected as Civil Judge in Tamil Nadu State Judicial Services and joined as 16th Small Causes Judge, Court of small Causes, Chennai, and then Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpattu, and then Additional District Munsif, Alandur, Kancheepuram District, and then Additional District Munsif, Kancheepuram, Kancheepuram District, and then Judicial Magistrate, Gingee, Villupuram District, and then Judicial Magistrate No.II, Vellore, and then Subordinate Judge, Panruti, Cuddalore District and then Special I MCOP Judge, Court of Small Causes, and then Special Judge for POCSO Cases, Madurai and now working as Additional District Judge(FTC), Vellore.
